Dr. Ronald M. Yarab, Jr., M.D.
Dr. Yarab is a board certified physical medicine specialist. He is uniquely qualified to provide care for musculoskeletal disorders and neuromuscular illness and injury. Completing his residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, he is also trained in electrodiagnosis, which aids in the evaluation of diseases such as carpal tunnel syndrome, cervical and lumbar nerve injuries, primary diseases of the muscle and neuromuscular disorders.

Dr. Michael T. Engle, M.D.
Dr. Engle is a board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist. He completed his residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and neuromuscular diseases with additional training and interest in the management of injuries to the spine. Dr. Engle uses both conservative and interventional techniques in treating his patients, which include, but are not limited to, lumbar epidural injections and facet joint blocks.

Dr. Sean T. McGrath, M.D.
Dr. McGrath has completed his residency training serving as Chief Resident at The Ohio State University Medical Center. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and neuromuscular diseases with a strong focus and additional training in the management of injuries to the spine. Dr. McGrath uses conservative and interventional techniques in treating his patients, which include lumbar epidural injections and facet joint blocks.

Dr. Meredith L. Konya, M.D.
Dr. Konya completed her Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio and specializes in the evaluation & treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and neuromuscular diseases. She has additional training and special interest in interventional spine procedures, electrodiagnostics and orthopedic & sports injuries of females and adolescents.

Susan M. Yarab, PT, MHS, GCS
Susan has a Master’s Degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy as well as a board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association in Geriatrics. She has 22 years of experience with a specialization in multiple rheumatological disorders and has extensive experience in treating disability resulting from stroke, neuromuscular disease and generalized deconditioning. Susan also has extensive training in the Stott Pilates method for matwork, reformer, Cadillac chair and barrels. She owns 2 Pilates Reformer/Matwork Studios, the original located in Boardman and a second location in Columbiana.

Kathleen S. Caputo, MPT, Certified MDT
Kathleen is a McKenzie Method spine specialist and holds her credentials of post-graduate certification in mechanical diagnosis and therapy of the spine from the McKenzie Institute, USA. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Youngstown State University and has been in practice for the last 5 years treating orthopedic, neuromuscular and sports medicine injuries. Her special interests include Pilates based core strengthening using Pilates mat, reformer and Cadillac equipment. She formally trained in Pilates for both injury prevention and rehabilitation. Kathleen plans to continue her post-graduate education in courses involving Mulligan techniques for the peripheral joints.

Aby E. Chismar, DPT
Aby has been practicing at our clinic for over two years treating spine, sports and orthopedic injuries. Aby graduated from Youngstown State University with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and has recently completed a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Her clinical experience includes sport specific training in Akron and she is continuing her post-graduate education in sports and spine injuries.

Judy Fitch, PTA
Judy earned her Associate Degree of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant Technology from Kent State University and has been working in the field of physical therapy for four years. She treats patients using Pilates based exercises while preventing further injury by focusing on total body wellness. Judy has additional training in Pilates mat, Reformer, Cadillac and chair equipment.

Jeannette Brown, PTA
Jeannette has earned her Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Technology from Kent State University. Janette is interested in continuing her education in the area of neuromuscular disease, specifically neuropathies. She has also begun training in the area of spine therapy with the McKenzie Institute, USA.
